His nonhuman form (when he realizes it exists) gives him large horns, fangs, and claws he can use in battle. His biggest means of protecting himself is with the use of nano machines that reside inside his body; They're a thing of his own creation to help aid him in sticky situations.The nanomachines can help heal his wounds quickly as well as can form something akin to an armour to help protect him. However, this 'armour' is nowhere near invincible and Oz only uses it in specific situations that call for it.OTHER.

Bio

Oz, growing up, often spent his time isolated. It wasn't that he wanted to be or didn't want to, but more so that things just seemed to be easier that way. Associating with others often brought him to feel drained mostly because he learned at a very young age just because of how selfish people proved to be. Only ever speaking to him when they wanted something from him, preying on the fact he's lonely despite his own self isolation. However, Oz eventually broke free of allowing himself to fall prey to these sorts of people. He still wasn't particularly sociable, but he didn't spend his time catering to the hope that someone would give him the time of day and attention he so desired from them. It wasn't worth it. At all.At least in his isolation over the years before breaking free of it - for the most part - he'd taken to learning all sorts of different things. Finding different ways to pass the time alone. The arts and varying forms of science were always something he enjoyed partaking in. Or studying when it came to the different sciences, is more like it. It was art he physical partook in until Oz began to practice making different things that were machine-like in their creation. His interest in this would eventually evolve into something greater; His creation of a nano machine that had originally been in production to help save his father from a deadly disease only to end up passing before its completion. Though distraught over the loss of his father, Oz ended up keeping the machines for himself and using them in other ways. Particularly on the job where he would use his mutations and the nano machines to help him to capture criminals. Luckily, no one has caught him doing this yet.

PERSONALITYDESCRIPTION. Eco's behavior is dependent on his mood and those he finds himself around. He's often nice from the get-go; Having dealt with a lot of abuse in his life that has led him to wanting to make sure no one suffers if he can help it. Unless, of course, you push him too far. Difficult to do, however, it is not a pretty sight to have him angry mostly due to how infrequently he shows his anger.LIKES. Bio

Eco doesn't recall his memories as a separate being, not only his body, but his soul a fusion of multiple creatures, including one of unknown origins, the Insepti. There are times when memories from each individual flood his mind, but he pays no mind to them and does not consider them to be his own memories. To him, his life began when he was created as a chimera and doesn't associate himself with any of these individual beings(though he does have fits of where the personalities of these 'past lives' cause him distress - leaving him confused as to who he is at times)Eco has no interest in his creator, the scientist being known as a man by the name "Eke". Even so, he's still known to refer to Eke as his father, but only when speaking to his siblings whom were also created by the same man and are part Insepti as well.He was the second of Eke's experiments, abused from day one and considered a 'failure' due to his inhuman features. Eke's goal is to create the perfect species; Creatures human in appearance, but holding great strength and abilities not natural to humans. It was his desire to, one day, make his own daughter a being such as this. To make her perfect. However, this does not go as planned when his daughter, Mana, happens upon the entrance to his lab; An underground facility she'd not been aware of for all these years.Her stumbling upon the facility leads to a series of events that not only lead to the death of her father, but the release of Eco, Ketsueki, and Kaede. It's after realizing her father's plans that this happens, Eco and Ketsueki being the ones to inform her and help her to escape with them after being freed from his control. Kaede leaves with them as well, however, parts ways. Eco does as well; Deciding he wants to explore the world he's been isolated from with Ketsueki staying with Mana.Eventually, Eco stumbles upon Oz in a harsh winter. Homeless and with no money, he's unable to fend for himself. Despite his being a stranger, Oz insists on letting the chimera stay in his home. Eco claims it would only be during the winter, however, as the two grow closer; This ends up not being the case with Eco being a permanent resident in his home.

How quiet he is typically depends on who he’s interacting with - much like Eco and Oz - he’s more outgoing with different personalities than others as most people tend to be.LIKES. Bio

Originally Alaire was a human, but didn’t exactly get to live his own life. From the time he was born, he suffered from a multitude of health complications that impacted his ability to do anything at all. His family struggled because of this - the only one in his family being tolerable of his condition being his mother. Regardless, around the age of seventeen, Alaire leaves his home, running away in attempt to ease the burden his conditions have placed on his family. He is very much aware that because of his health, he is likely to not last long at all on his own. After all, Alaire didn’t even bring any of his medication with him.It’s barely an hour into his running away and Alaire can already feel his lungs causing him problems. He’s tired, going through the woods when he encounters a large, what looks to be feline beast. It doesn’t look like any he has ever seen in pictures - It’s not a lion, nor tiger, lynx - Alaire doesn’t recognize it and is pretty terrified. It doesn’t look friendly in the slightest. It starts to chase him, his already strained breathing due to his lung problems on top of his never having been too physical leading the beast to catch him with ease. Alaire does not make it far at all before the beast is on top of him, assaulting him with it’s teeth and claws. It’s fast, yet feels like an eternity - he can feel himself quickly starting to bleed out.Suddenly everything stops and blackness takes hold of him. He’s taken into what he assumes to be an eternal slumber; Only Alaire is greatly mistaken. The next time he wakes, he can feel himself moving. Not because he is being carried, but it feels more so as though he’s in a vehicle. Alaire would assume himself to be wracked with pain, and yes, his body does hurt, but it’s nowhere near as bad as he previously felt when that beast’s teeth were gnashing into him. That’s when the situation is recalled and his body quickly moves to sit itself upright. That’s when eyes notice it, catch his surroundings. He is in a cage. There are men surrounding him, guarding the steel cage they’ve confided him. How did this happen? Alaire questions, asks, calls out - but he is ignored. Ignored completely. He’s left in a state of confusion that he’s never felt before in his life, a sense of confusion that is also riddled with terror. His confusion only increases when he realizes most of the wounds he received before were mostly gone.As time draws on there is a strange feeling that envelopes him. It is malicious and violent - Alaire has never had a violent thought in his life and is only brought to be more confused by it. A strong pain takes hold of him, wracking his entire body. It’s only then that the men who he has by now identified as some sort of military force are drawn to pay attention to him. He hears them exchange words, talking of how they need to quickly get him into the ‘lab’. Though the words don’t exactly mean too much to him right now as his pain, fear, and confusion are bringing him into a state of panic. Quickly he feels himself losing himself in it all, the pain is growing more severe and he can feel his body changing. Alaire can only briefly piece his thoughts together enough to wonder if he is in some sort of horror novel - one of werewolves. This is all so surreal; Terrifying.Before Alaire knows it there are bodies surrounding him. Strong teeth tore through the bars surrounding him - not with ease, but it was done. The men around him were torn to shreds by his now large, fanged teeth. Panic is still very much evident in his now changed form, resembling almost identically to the beast that had assaulted before. He flees from the vehicle to escape into a nearby plain, just running without thought; Fear and panic driving him to just move on instinct. Which is what had brought the demise of those men. Instinct had told him to do it.It took years for Alaire to take any sort of control over this form, to even begin to have any sense of his human self enough to try and change. Beforehand only destruction and demise meets those who encounter him. He is run by the instinct to kill and devour whether they are of animal kind or human. They were all the same to him, only there were times where humans retaliated against him. Not enough to save them from him, but they tried.Nearly fifty years have passed by the time Alaire has completely gotten a grip on himself. Though he is still faced with a great deal of mental struggle, he is attempting to get himself together. Eventually, with time, he grows to be something similar to who he used to be and has come off the streets, slowly, but surely becoming more stable. He even picks up a number of hobbies to use as a therapy of sorts - drawing, painting, writing, and so on. His art becomes noticed when he decides to try and sell some of his work on the streets. A name for himself is quickly made. Though, of course, not his true name as nearly one hundred years has passed and humans don’t typically live this long - especially not without aging. His name is changed and he moves on to different places every now and again.There are many things about his species that cause him grief; Due to his lack of aging, Alaire often separates himself from others outside of work. Things would prove to become difficult if he were to become friends or get close with anyone in a multitude of ways(in verses where nonhumans aren't as known, he would have to go as far as staging his own death and changing his appearance just so people don't catch onto his not being human. As he finds this too cruel to do to anyone, he chooses to just stay alone in such verses unless convinced otherwise). Struggling with the fact that he's immortal, he finds it extremely difficult to get close to beings that aren't as has not met other beings that are immortal like himself yet. One thing Alaire is grateful for in the changes to his body is that he no longer suffers from the health complications he once had.
